If you can’t read the text (you can click on the picture to make it bigger), it says: “If the President-elect of the USA can find time each day to go to the gym for 45 mins, then so damn well can I. You are my inspiration.”
Perfect! Maybe the first book I buy for the kindle will be one of Barack Obama’s autobiographies.
So far this week I have reached my goal of 6 days at the gym. Tomorrow is day 7 which I could take off but I might go just so I can bank an extra day. I hope everyone is having a relaxing weekend without any election excitement.

Damn, that is inspirational. I will never be able to say I’m too busy to go to the gym EVER again.
