		<description>How many times must it be stated that nobody is talking about a &#039;government run&#039; health care system.  

But at least identical versions of the updated Mental Health Parity Act were finally passed by both Senate and House and attached to a Bill ready to be signed.  It only took over a decade to get it comprised enough to pass.</description>
