Allergies and Colds

I always make fun of silly snot filled sinuses caused by allergies. Hah! I don’t have allergies, neener! My mother brags about how it’s because she took allergy shots while she was pregnant with me. Well, those snot filled people can now laugh at me. Since Multiple Sclerosis appears to be an Autoimmune disease, that means my bodies immue system was so good it didn’t have time for those silly allergies and when it got bored of fighting that, it started fighting itself. Of course, new research is coming out all the time about MS but it wouldn’t surprise me if that was the case. In fact, I didn’t get sick all year.

I have decided to write a letter to my doctor that ignored me and my problems. I figure if she reads this letter and maybe gets someone help sooner than it will be worth it. Now I just need to convince my mother to find a new doctor too…

In other news, my big doctor appointment to discuss treatment is on Friday. He asked that I write down any questions I might have. Any questions from the readers that they might want answers to?
